Registration form classes 2024-25
Please fill out this form for registration. If the form is closed or unavailable, it means we have rached capacity.
You will be required to pay the matriculation fee to secure the spot. Your space is not guaranteed until we receive the registration fee. We try to limit class to 5 persons per class. The fee for each class will be charged on the first of the month at the start of the classes (Oct 1 and Feb1) and the first of each month during classes.
